This work is for perceptive and empathic individuals who are longing to integrate their emotional experiences through an empowering and non-pathologizing process. This Jungian rooted blended approach helps to illuminate patterns that may have been established as clever coping strategies. Our work is to explore your unique point of view and to truly understand how your experiences have shaped your perspective. As we cultivate greater understanding and compassion for ourselves our patterns naturally shift, along with how we engage with the world around us. This approach is gentle, relational and affirming. My clients report that they feel more integrated, confident and capable in their lives by having this type of inquiry and consistent support. I believe that an individual's curiosity is a profound marker of health.

A Jungian/Depth framework considers that we possess an inherent drive towards balance and wholeness and hold an innate desire for health. This approach supports the wisdom of an individual and believes that through a trusting therapeutic relationship anyone can develop their most authentic Self; enhancing their personal creativity and bettering communication. This relational process facilitates the emerging of unconscious thoughts, behaviors, and patterns to allow for their integration into consciousness. Thus, this process supports individuals, adolescents, couples and families through a variety of challenges;
Under the current law Licensed Psychotherapists are not allowed to offer personal testimonials from clients on their websites. And while some psychotherapists still do, my boundaries around both legality and confidentiality have made me wary to follow the trend.
Yes. I have pursued additional trainings and professional development in areas such as; Trauma Informed Practice, Somatic Therapy, Somatic Psychedelic Integration, DBT Skills, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment's role in Narcissistic Personality Structure. My traditional LPC licensed psychotherapy sessions are via Telehealth or in person at my office in Boulder, Colorado. I also provide Intuitive Depth Consults for creative businesses as well as for Executive clients via Zoom for All International Time Zones. The paperwork differs, as does the approach.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long while couple or family sessions are generally a minimum of two hours. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client as significant grief tends to be about 1.5 hours. We clarify your scheduling needs and set our rate during our consultation and prior to our first session. I prefer to schedule individual clients weekly for depth-oriented work, but couples and families will often schedule bi-weekly depending on their needs.
My rates differ depending on if you are outside of the US as European and International scale pricing for sessions differs.
Well priced student rates, sliding scale and pro-bono rates are offered.
A pre-paid commitment, packaged sessions or installment plans can alter rates.
All rates are discussed and clarified prior to our first session.
Current session prices for US dollars:
Individual Sessions: $175
Couples & Families: $250
It is important that fees and time allotment are discussed prior to our first session.
Let's have a conversation- I offer a complimentary 30 minute consult to answer any of your questions.
I believe that access to mental health support should be fair and equitable, so I always offer significant sliding scale or pro bono to those who are in need. At this time I cannot accept insurance, but I am very happy to provide a Superbill to clients for their insurance reimbursement. Prior to our first session we will discuss your needs and set our agreed upon rate and form of payment. I accept cash, bank transfer, Paypal (for international ), Venmo and Ivy Pay.
While I have always been passionate about psychology and understanding human development, there was an episode of This American Life that profoundly impacted me and my approach to this work. I was in my traineeship at the time when it originally aired on September 15th, 2006, and the episode is titled Unconditional Love.
